We had an amazing stay here! The food was absolutely delicious—every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The room design, especially the two-step layout, was cozy and unique. We really loved it! It gave a special charm to our stay. What stood out the most was the staff—truly excellent service from start to finish. They were always friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. This place is perfect for families with kids. There are so many activities available on-site, which kept our children entertained and happy the whole time. It's a huge plus and a real highlight of the hotel. A big thank you to the entire staff and management for creating such a memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway.

I visited Occidental Paradise Hotel in Dambulla with my family in May 2025, and we had a wonderful time. The food was excellent – fresh, delicious, and with great variety. The service was precious; staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The garden area is huge and beautifully maintained, surrounded by greenery and nature. The rooms are designed with two stories, and both levels are fully accessible with an internal staircase – a unique feature that adds a cozy and spacious vibe. The environment is very calm and peaceful, like being in a jungle. We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely hope to come again. Highly recommended for a relaxing and nature-filled getaway.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Occidental Paradise Dambulla. The view from the property is stunning—especially the pool view! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.
