The last time I stayed here was 10 years ago. The check in was at the foyer back then. This hotel is still very well maintained and has even improved in many aspects under Far East. Excellent service by Miss Jay during the check in process. Suite is comfortable and love the sofa bed. Can watch movies in comfort late into the weeee hours. However the main heavy door need to make a spring, it slams & thump extreme loudly, which makes hear every closing of the doors down the corridor. Low wastage breadfast via sets are commendable as always no a fan of buffets. Coffee, tea, fruit juice are free flow. Fruits provided. The fish congee is superb using the fish belly and oat. Kids at additional 20++ while adults at 40++. Most expensive congee ever but well when you see people tipping 50-100 at pubs. What is 40++ for a happy breakfast meal? ? Its always a coincident, every trip when you wanna swim. It rains! Well guess good things has to try thrice. This time didn't drive and it was a better trip as we get to explore more of the Sentosa vibes with the train and bus and corners walking about the island.

Location is very well located, directly opposite imbah station and minutes to RWS. Room is clean and okay… quite well maintained I would say. Affordable price for sentosa with bathtub and room size. Smart tv in room and complimentary coconut drink. Thanks for the extra effort as they know we came here for our anniversary. Room service is not 24 hours and limited choice but food is everywhere. Hotel itself has a restaurant or you can walk to other Far East hotels for other food choices. Complimentary programs all day long for weekends. Service wise don’t expect early check in and highly not recommended to try as i doubt u will able to do so. Q gets quite crowded at 3pm for check in so I assumed more staff is needed. Staff Yash (Indian lady) does not even bother to check and brushed us off by telling me will send to our room. Waited 1 hour in room just for my 1 handcarry bag and in the end i still needed to go to the front desk and get it myself. Just gave me my bag when I’m collecting my keys, making her life easy but causing guests inconvenience. First time so disappointed with Far East service. The only front desk which I would compliment is firdaus, friendly and felt valued by his service. Email reply takes 48 hours to reply so do email early if you have any plans, I don’t think the hotel can cope with any last minute emails. Likely won’t be back again, outpost hotel will be a better option with the same price.

I recently stayed at Oasia Hotel Sentosa with my siblings, and it was the perfect choice for our family getaway. From the moment we arrived, Donald made us feel incredibly welcome. His exceptional service, along with his warm and friendly attitude, really added to the overall positive experience. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic! It’s just a short walk to the train station, Universal Studios, and Resorts World Sentosa, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore all the attractions in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel provided a great balance of convenience, comfort, and service. I would definitely recommend Oasia Hotel Sentosa to anyone visiting with family or friends—it's a wonderful place to stay!

This is my 4th stay with Oasia Resort Sentosa and the most recent stay was in the Courtyard Premier room for 3D2N. The room was comfortable and the amenities were excellent. Had a couple issues with the toilet in my room but the situation was promptly rectified by Fridaus, duty manager, by offering a complimentary breakfast and a late checkout. Always a great experience with Oasia Resort Sentosa ,looking forward to my next visit.

We had a delightful stay here. Upon arrival, we were informed by the male reception staff that early check-in is possible and to return between 11-12. We retuned at 12 from the resort world but unfortunately , housekeeping wasn’t ready, leading to a 40 minute wait. During this time, Donald went above and beyond to keep our little ones entertained, turning a potential inconvenience into a pleasant experience. Throughout our stay, Donald continued to greet us warmly every time we passed through the lobby, making us feel truly welcome. His genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on our family. Happy belated birthday, Donald! Stay well and happy!
