One of the hotels in town with AMAZING services, rooms and facilities. We ordered superior room and the interior looks nicely designed and gives you that luxurious ambience. Every corner in the room is clean, we didn't find any flaws there. I love the modern design and the color tone. It's warm and aesthetic at the same time. They have the friendliest bar staff and the food is super delicious. The pool area is beautiful and it has quite a lot chair by the pool. You must stay here at least once in your life. I will definitely come back here anytime soon. Thank you Novotel for the great experience!

My notification to the hotel was rather sudden, but they responded very quickly. I received a very warm welcome and everything was well-prepared. Thank you for the hospitality. The lobby was quite busy when I checked in, but they promptly provided a solution. The breakfast was also delicious and varied. And the coffee was good! All in all, my stay experience at Novotel Samator was very enjoyable.

Everything was good. The rooms are nice and clean. Staff is very lovely. Breakfast selection is great. The only point that you need to be aware off is that this is located in a part of town very quiet. You'll need a good 40 minutes to reach the busy part of the city wich are central and west Surabaya

Rooms were clean. Great choices for breakfast (it would have been better if we got ushered to tables, as it was hard to find a table during busy periods), free parking for guests. Normal check-out time is midday. Internet was great too. The only bad thing was that the swimming pool was being renovated. This was one of my criteria for choosing this hotel.

Bathroom need to improve, floor drain need to repair. Improve the service during breakfast. Other hotel provide a table service for coffee.
