Wish we could’ve stayed longer—this place truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with refreshing cold towels and drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch on a hot day. The service was exceptional from start to finish, with friendly and attentive staff—from the bellman to the front desk. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Old Town Phuket, and we even stumbled upon a hidden speakeasy right across the street. The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight—great drinks, amazing service, and stunning views!

Hotel is old, so maintenance is chipped and scratched. However staff tried to cover this part with their kindness and attention. I got issue with room service attendant who came in to my room without knocking on the door. Maybe I didn’t hear. But receptionist tried to recover the situation and provide a voucher with complimentary drinks. Rooftop bar is very good, staff is super friendly and the view is great. Regarding breakfast I can say that selection is not so good as I expected, very limited option of fruits and pastry is very dry and not fresh, quality of product is not so high for 5* star hotel. I can recommend the hotel only for the view, location and staff.

I had an arranged cooking class with Chef Josh. We started by exploring the local market and he explained the various areas of fruit & veg, meats and fish. He provided an informative explanation on what was needed to achieve a good balance within a meal. Josh was extremely helpful to describe the various ingredients for our meal that we were to prepare. ***** five stars for his dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
