Excellent Stay with Great Service and Cleanliness. I had a fantastic stay at Novotel London Waterloo. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was welcoming, professional, and efficient, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights of our stay was the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. Special thanks to Sani, who looked after our room during our visit. He was extremely kind, polite, and thorough in his work. It was clear he took great pride in what he does, and it really made our stay more comfortable. We also appreciated the high standards of food hygiene at the hotel. The restaurant and breakfast area were spotless, and everything was well-presented and fresh. It gave us peace of mind and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful visit.

I recently stayed at Novotel Waterloo with my family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from Waterloo Station, making it super convenient for getting around London. The nearby attractions, including the London Eye and the Southbank Centre, are all within easy reach, adding to the great location. I want to specifically mention Sani, who was responsible for cleaning our room during our stay. He did an exceptional job, ensuring everything was spotless and well-organized. His attention to detail was impressive, and he always greeted us with a warm smile. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work, and it really made our stay more comfortable. The reception staff were also fantastic. From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions we had. They made sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived, which was much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Waterloo for its prime location, excellent service, and the great care provided by the staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel, well situated for the reasons we were in London. Great team especially reception. If I am being highly critical, there were two small negatives, at dinner our drinks arrived at the same time as our food and on the morning of departure the maid knocked on the door at 10.15am to see if we had left. I would be happy to return to this hotel.

It is not a bad spot for the night, it just isn’t extraordinary in any way. Four walls, comfortable bed and bath, convenient breakfast buffet, walking distance to bus stops and trains. It is on the other side of the river but close to a walkable bridge to get to the heart of the city within a 10 min walk. The immediate neighborhood is somewhat shady and best if avoided.
