The staff were amazing. Our flight was cancelled last minute and they were the silver lining of ease to help us out! Staff was very helpful with anything we needed. We loved the hotel location as well, close to multiple tube stops, great food and grocery store. Easy to walk to many locations. The pool was a welcome break for our kids while traveling. 11/10 would recommend.

My family and I spent four days at the hotel. It was very convenient for us, especially with our baby. Everything was clean, the staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located if you want to visit London. We will come back for sure

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during our vacation in London, it was a nice experience ! The hotel location is very practical, subway and bus stations are very close, very easy to go everywhere! The room is good, the bar is very nice for dinner and drink ! After check out I left two shirts in the hotel, when I realized I was already physically in Paris, the service team is very nice, helpful and efficient to send to me the missing items ! Big thanks to everyone the person who found the items and service team arranged the parcel pickup !!!

Great room. Reception was quick and staff is very friendly. The swimming pool is ok and breakfast was great. A bit crowded but good quantity and quality for price. The only thing is coffee was not that great. Overall was a great experience
