I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Hotel in Lombok, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The views from the hotel are absolutely charming, with the serene ocean and lush greenery creating a picturesque setting. The private beach was a highlight, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool and fitness center were well-maintained and provided excellent facilities for leisure and exercise. One of the standout features was the delicious breakfast and dinner offered at the hotel. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, making each meal a delightful experience. However, what truly sets Novotel Lombok apart is the hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The bedrooms were neat and clean, providing a comfortable and cozy environment. However, I noticed that the water heater for coffee/tea could use an update, as it affected the taste of the coffee. Nonetheless, this was a minor issue in an otherwise fantastic stay. Thank you to the staff at Novotel Lombok for making my stay enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and charming getaway.

When we arrived at the hotel, we immediately took a welcome drink at the bar. I chose coconut, while my wife chose fruit punch. When heading to the room, the corridor was not dark but also not bright. The room is quite spacious, equipped with a terrace. The interior with wooden ornaments makes the room not feel old but also not modern. The room is comfortable and clean. There is an armchair to relax, a regular work table and chair and also a minibar near the balcony door. Lots of places to put things. For the bathroom, there is a washbasin, shower and closet with standard amenities. For shampoo soap, it uses a dispenser system The facilities available are a beach with wide sand, a bar, a swimming pool, a children's pool with a slide, a kids club, an outdoor kids club and a typical Lombok traditional house atmosphere. The breakfast provided is very basic in taste and the variants provided are also basuc, but the breakfast with a beach view has a nice view. The menu: 1. Juice, milk, cereal, pudding, bika ambon, French toast, layer cake, fresh mixed juice 2. Pastry, bread, porridge, soup, fruit, cheese, cold cut, yogurt, salad 3. Fried noodles, various vegetables, black pepper chicken, sambal matah fish, ratatouille, baked beans 4. Hash brown, sausage, waffle, pancake our child was given a chocolate turtle doll by Mrs. Erna. Despite its age, this hotel is well-maintained. A little bit secluded, it is best for people who want to recharge their minds by resting and enjoying a quiet beach. We were happy to stay here. The room was clean, hot water was good. The beach was also clean. The staff was helpful and nice.

Good location in the mandalika area, suitable for those of you who are looking for a place that is not too crowded, has a beautiful private beach with white sand. Kids friendly. Spacious room with traditional wood design but very well maintained, no iron and the bathroom clean but no toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, only bar soap, bath gel, and shampoo. Breakfast is not too much variety, the taste is quite good, order room service pizza and chicken wings which are delicious.

The staff was amazing. We stayed with our daughter (7 months old) for 6 nights. And almost everybody new her name straight from the second day. Not because of professionalism but by heart. This made our stay incredibly beautiful. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Wide variety. The villa with the pool was very nice and we enjoyed the first class service. What needs to be mentioned is that the hotel is not the youngest anymore. As well the humidity is recognizable in the room. But everything is well maintained. We would love to come back.
