We stayed at this hotel for three weeks, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff in all areas—from the lobby, restaurant, and bar to the housekeeping team and gardeners—were incredibly friendly and attentive. They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel truly welcome. One thing that stood out was how friendly and warm Thai people are towards children and babies. Our little one was always greeted with smiles and kindness, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Top, a staff member who takes his responsibilities very seriously. He always handled situations professionally, politely reminding guests of the house rules when necessary, and he never let himself be discouraged. Despite the fact that we as guests can sometimes be quite demanding, they always did their best to provide excellent service. If I had to point out one small issue, it would be that some of the room floors could use proper renovation. However, this did not affect our stay significantly. Also the rooms are quite Noisy, you can hear everything through the Walls. One thing I noticed, though, is how quickly some guests run to management to complain, sometimes over the smallest things—like being reminded of the house rules. People, if you have an issue, talk to the person involved first—like adults. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would happily return!
Noku! Everything was simply amazing. It was our son's first birthday and we had just come from a 12-hour flight. When we arrived, we were met with a surprise prepared by Pairry Hanım at the reception. She made us feel at home. I would like to thank the drivers, breakfast staff, housekeeping and reception staff in the hotel separately, they were all very polite and kind. Our room was a room with a private pool and it was very comfortable for us since we were with our baby. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend a special time.
We had a pleasant stay here for 3 nights and 4 days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are ready to serve you 24/7, and i mean 24/7. Their baggies are available 24 hours to send you to and from the lobby. The main thing that made our trip so convenient was their staff, very attentive and ready to help you with anything. And also anything in the mini fridge is free of charge! They refill it once everyday. The only problem was that the hotel was located on a pretty high hill and no where near a beach, although they have shuttle bus schedules for certain areas, it was a bit difficult to schedule a return. If you’re just here to rewind and make use of hotel facilities, I totally recommend Noku.
Brilliant Resort. From the moment we entered we felt at peace. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The views are beautiful. The infinity pools were wonderful, very relaxing. The resort has villas dotted around, we had our own buggy to take us. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety. This resort if a bit of a hidden gem in Phuket, will be back for sure.
Rooms: the rooms were actually quite amazing, from the shower, to the bath, to the actual room itself was absolutely amazing! The unique aspect is that you are connected to nature in such an intimate way that the experience is surreal! Throughout the day, all we could hear was the peaceful sound of insects, frogs and we felt as if were in the middle of a rain forest, the villas and rooms require a buggy as it’s all spread throughout a large compound nestled amongst greenery, ponds and pools! The only couple of things we weren’t happy with was the bed, it was stiffer than we were used to and we did end up with back pain but this might not be the case for everyone, so definitely experience it first. The rooms have connecting rooms and depending on what type of person is in the other room, it was get obnoxiously loud and there is no privacy! This is not advices on the website on Booking.com so be aware! It is a bit of a lottery system whether you get lucky enough to not have a rough neighbour. We had a partially bad evening/night with loud music being played next door and it was literally next door ? Facilities: plenty of pools, a somewhat decent gym, yoga room etc were all available as usual for a hotel/resort such as this, definitely not resort style as our usual stay at the Marriott, but unique in its own way, only 1 restaurant but the food is delicious. Daily from 4-5pm they offer afternoon tea and snacks and absolutely delicious drinks and food is always on offer, we loved this! The hotel also offers free shuttle services to Old Town, Central Phuket and the beach, the times for these shuttles can be slightly inconvenient but the availability is definitely a plus!! Location: located in Chalong, the location itself is beautiful with full city views and a glimpse of the Bay Area, on a clear day it’s magnificent! Taxis can be slightly hard though as it is out of the way for everything, Grab will be your friend, just be ready to spend on it. Service: absolutely amazing people everywhere we go, they are so proud to be Thai and are accommodating with everyone, Thailand is always one of our regular destinations and Noku service just builds on this amazing sentiment! An amazing experience we would be keen to repeat, definitely a worthwhile option for accommodation in this area!
