Worth the price. Room is clean, wide, service is good. No elevator but its okay. You can borrow hair dryer.

This is an old service apartment located within 10 min walking distance to Walking Street, room is spacious, water heater pressure is quite low, I stayed 9 nights in 2 floors. Away from busy beach road but dog barking may be annoying at night. I do my laundry at the back balcony, many eateries and amenities nearby. Room has sofa, basis amenities are provided, but the room WiFi is relatively unstable, stay here when you are on tight budget

“Outstanding service” I can highly recommend to stay there. Staff is so nice, room spacious, bed comfortable. AC working great, hot water and so much more! I am impressed for so many amenities compare to the cheap price! And so quiet, nevertheless within easy walking distance to Walking Street, Viewpoint, Bali Hai Pier - perfect ?

Clean and comfortable room with fridge and A/C, set back from the busiest bit of Pattaya so it's quiet enough to get a good night's sleep, but still close enough to walk into town no problem. The staff are particularly good here, good-humoured and helpful, and speak a good amount of English too.

Villa was ok however as a non smoker it was very off putting smelling cigarettes everywhere! Reasonable accommodation and good staff!
