the staff were beyond friendly and spoke perfect english (for my nervous english speaking traveler's), the hotel is a short walk from namba station which connects to the airport. And the rooms are homely and packed with everything you need for a comfortable stay with breakfast included. There are many small restaurants within a block of the hotel along with a family mart and 7-eleven. would recommend to anyone :) thank you for a lovely stay !

Incredibly convenient location, 2 blocks away from Namba Station so anyone looking to travel home can take advantage of the Nankai line. Service and staff were the most memorable on my 3 week trip, included breakfast and an upgraded room came as a surprise. 10/10.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. A gentleman at the desk helped us with everything we needed. We even got our room upgraded. We are very happy with this stay and would definitely book again!

2025/06 Travelled with a group of 6 people to Osaka, and we booked three rooms from this business hotel, with 2 people staying in each room. The location is excellent and accessible. Daikokucho station, the nearest to this hotel, has elevator access through exit 6 and nearer walking access through exit 2. Both are on the same road, exit 6 just a few minutes farther from exit 2. The hotel's neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, despite the hustle and bustle of nearby Namba. Our rooms were tidy, complete with needed amenities and toiletries, and were spacious enough to accommodate luggages of two people. Important note: kids cannot stay at this hotel. Will definitely book here again when I come back to Osaka!
