I was pleasantly surprised by the facility. It was very clean and modern, with spacious and clean showers. The lockers are separate from the main bedroom, which is nice for avoiding extra noise. However, as with any shared bedroom, it is inevitable to be woken up during the night by other guests snoring or moving around. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend it for a budget stay.

very good experience. stayed here for 4 nights, it was value for money. very good location, lively at night and easy to reach. just 2-3 min walk from ningyocho station (so i could use the subway pass with no issues) and there are all 3 konbinis in short walking distance. also, it’s a big plus to have clean pyjamas and sheets every day, so you don’t have to. carry them. i chose this hotel because i don’t find the 3-point bathrooms in other budget private hotel rooms very clean-looking, and this was a cheaper option with better facilities. i wasn’t disappointed. bed was a traditional one, not a bed but more like a mat. i don’t really like soft beds so i was ok with it. and the pillow was quite comfortable after i got used to the shape. definitely will stay again. additionally, there are usb ports, 1 in the bed and also in the lounge area and reception area, so i didn’t need adaptors. for eating your konbini buys, lounge area is near the washrooms and gender separated, but there is also a 10-something seat area at the reception. this area is usually full though. lockers were large enough for one large suitcase (and one additional carry on, if you are willing to give up the comfort of having some space to place your stuff). there was toilet seat cleaner in all bathrooms, so i used them without worrying about their cleanliness, which was a big plus. i had to wait for the showers only once during my four day stay and for about 2 minutes.

The concept is great! They have lots of little rules to make the experience better, like no talking allowed and use their provided slippers. I'm 6'2 and had plenty of room to sit up, lay flat, and move about. Probably okay up to 6'5 without sleeping with bent knees.
