I had such a wonderful experience at the New World Buffet recently. I’d especially like to express my appreciation for Mr.Benny, whose attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the meal. The entire service team was equally warm and efficient, making our dining experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. As someone who follows a vegetarian diet, I was also impressed by the variety and quality of the vegetarian dishes offered. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented – a true delight even for the most discerning palate. Highly recommend this place for both the service and the food – and special thanks again to Benny for making our visit extra memorable

-The room is big and nicely decorated, but I felt the bathroom was a bit old, and it was a little hard to find the light switch. I also sometimes heard noise from the room next door, which unfortunately disturbed my sleep during the night. -The staff service was okay, though I felt they could be a bit more attentive. It might just be the local style, though, so I understand. -The location is great—right in the center of District 1, surrounded by nice restaurants and clothing shops. -The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast. The food and service were both amazing—I really loved it!

Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast menu is almost the same except some minor changes. Vegetarian food and Indian food is available during breakfast along with fruits and fresh drink. Staff is courteous, pool is clean. They have a nice gym and children’s play area with swings and see-saw. Would suggest to walk around the area and pick up where to eat rather than eating at the hotel coz there are lot of good options. Vegan and vegetarian options are easily available.

Today I returned to the New World Saigon Hotel to enjoy lunch with the old experience.The atmosphere is still as wonderful as the day and the waiter named Thanh is very considerate and thoughtful in the process of serving us. Vegetarian food is very delicious and wonderful. I will come back soon. Thank you so much
