Pros: Location, room size, cleanliness, courteous and helpful staff Cons: Difficult for e-hailing to stop in front of hotel On our recent visit to Hatyai, we wanted to stay in a hotel that was conveniently located to reach some of the more popular commercial areas on foot. Based on availability and an offer on Agoda, we chose New Season Hotel for its location, room size, as well as good online reviews. The floors were serviced by 2 small lifts. While it was stated that each could hold 9 people, the space in the lift would only comfortably fit 4 to 5 average adults. That said, we never had to line up for the lift throughout our stay, despite the hotel mentioning that they were fully booked. The room did not disappoint. The 24 m² room was spacious and clean, and the huge king size bed (which felt like a combination of 2 super single beds) was very comfortable. The room also thoughtfully included a universal wall socket. The room also provided common toiletries, except for toothpaste and toothbrush. New Season Hotel is strategically located in the city center. Lee Garden night market was within a stone's throw, and Kim Yong Market is an 8 minute walk. Numerous convenient stores were nearby, and we also visited Wat Chue Chang and Big Market on foot. The only downside is that the street where the hotel is located has no waiting space for cars, a small inconvenience for e-hailing pick up and drop off. During one of the room housekeeping, I wanted to dispose of a large plastic drinking water bottle. I took it to the housekeeper lady, and thought about asking her to help me take care of it as the bin in the room was not large enough to fit the bottle. She misunderstood my intention, and instead of disposing of it, she helped me refill the bottle. I was surprised and grateful for her help, as I thought there were no water dispenser in the hotel. This saved me from having to buy another bottle of water. Overall, our stay at the hotel was a pleasant one, and will definitely consider this hotel again for future visits.

good lacation, give 4 star cos the shower water volume is very weak if bath with warm water, only cold water come out is more strong volume.need to take a long time to finish shower cos the water volume really really very weak. Have been here many times and try many different floor rooms, all same. Many times stay here cos the room rate really great and the location is good, room clean and staff all polite.

Clean and spacious room! Staying on level 08, have a bathtub. Sad that the Shower head is fixed onto the wall.

The room was very clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. I had a great stay and would definitely return!

Great Value Stay in a Convenient Location The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the Lee Garden area, making it easy to access shops, food, and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Parking is available both directly outside the hotel and nearby, which was convenient. The room was adequately sized and generally clean and comfortable. Cons: The soundproofing could be improved — noise from outside and adjacent rooms was noticeable at times. Overall: A good value for the price, especially for short stays in the city center.
