The hotel is located in Nagoya, very close to shopping centers and easy to reach. Check-in was at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM, with a deposit of IDR 200,000 during check-in.

We got a lower rate through an online promo, which made it more affordable compared to other hotels around. For the price we paid, the service and facilities were quite decent.

When we first entered the room, we had some trouble turning on the air conditioner. Luckily, a housekeeping staff was around the hallway and helped us right away.

First of all, not very close to Nagoya hill mall as shown - have to cross all the road, second the lift is a big problem- only one lift was working created lot of time waste. And bad things last day both lift were not working caused delay in checkout.

Room is ok but problem is with water pressure in shower was not even so the hot water was on and off causing lot of trouble.

Better book some another hotel which provides good basic service

Room is spacious but old. We stay at 20 floor, water pressure from shower and tap can fluctuate.

Service is good, as we can communicate with housekeeping through whatsapp.

First time in Batam and book this hotel on Agoda for 3D2N. Friendly staff, super helpful and welcoming.
We like everything here (the staff; the breakfast; the hotel lobby), except the *Air Conditioning*, this is a big matter, bcoz Batam is very hot.
For the 1st room, the aircon fan is not functioning, they have arrange maintainer to fix the aircon (3-4 times), after few tried, still very stuffy. Hence, we request to change another room, and the new room aircon still acceptable, as compare.
I have check that there is no Hair dryer provide, so bring my own. The water bottle is limited, so buy more water bottle from hypermarket to stay hydrated. There's no 7-11 nearby to purchase urgent need.
The hotel lobby is at 3rd floor, it's my favorite spot because the air-conditioned is the strongest in the building ? also the way to restaurant.
The location is best as nearby to Nagoya Hill and Grand Batam Mall, very convenient to take grab.

I understand that this hotel residence hosts a BBQ event every Saturday night, which is a nice idea. However, please be mindful of others. We need rest after long workdays, so I kindly ask you to lower the music and karaoke volume. It’s extremely loud and very disturbing—even reaching the 9th floor. Unbelievable.

This is not the first time I complained.
The receptionist I think tried to remind the restaurant many times. But it seems these folks who manage the event HAS NO RESPECT.

Btw overly all the receptionists at tower A are very helpful (I really like their service and very helpful). BUT when it comes to this noise case. I really can't say much. I mean WHAT IS WRONG WITH UR GUYS INTERNAL MANAGEMENT. Please do make these folks who manage the event behave themselves!

I'm tired of making the same complaint over and over again!
