I chose this hotel because it is not expensive in the city. The staff has a good attitude and very helpful and patient. Cleaners also clean up very well.

Suggestion:The lights in the room are not bright enough. the roof of the toilet is not completely covered, and the smell from the sewer will make the whole room so smelly and when you take a shower, will feel cold because the aircond will blow in. The sewer drains slowly, and the water will block when taking a shower.The bedstead makes a sound.

The worst experience ever, do not recommend at all!
During my 1-month trip to Thailand, I stayed at many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience. First of all, wearing shoes inside the hotel is not allowed, but the floors were so dirty that our feet were constantly covered in dust and hair. It was neither hygienic nor comfortable. There was no elevator in the hotel, making it extremely difficult to carry our luggage upstairs.
My friend’s room smelled bad, and there wasn’t even a single power outlet near the bed. When we opened the window, there was a balcony-like area completely covered in bird droppings, which smelled awful. The beds were as hard as rocks, making it impossible to sleep without waking up with back pain. Turning on the air conditioner made the room smell even worse.
We requested cleaning once, and they barely did it. They didn’t even replace tissues in the room. When I asked for some, they said they would bring them to my room but never did. The staff was completely indifferent to our needs.
We arranged a transfer to Patong through the hotel for 450 baht per person. We mentioned multiple times that we had 3 large and 3 small suitcases, and they assured us it wouldn’t be a problem. However, on the day of the transfer, they said the luggage was an issue and demanded extra money. They also charged additional fees to drop us off at our hotel in Patong, leaving us no choice but to pay.
In summary, with the staff’s lack of care, the lack of hygiene, misleading services, and uncomfortable rooms, this hotel was a complete disappointment. Stay away at all costs!

Ps.First of all, I am surprised by how aggressive and defensive your response to a guest’s feedback is. My review was an honest reflection of my experience, and the issues I pointed out were real. Instead of addressing these problems or taking a constructive approach, accusing your guests of lying is far from professional.
Using “culture” as an excuse to justify a lack of cleanliness is highly misleading. I fully respect Thai culture and traditions, but this does not excuse the obvious shortcomings in hygiene standards. Dirty floors, foul odors in the rooms, and inadequate cleaning services are not cultural matters—they are management issues.
As for the transfer, despite repeatedly informing you about the amount of luggage, being charged extra at the last minute reflects poor organization on your part. Instead of blaming the guest, I suggest you review your processes.
Lastly, questioning “what sort of mentality” your guests have for leaving feedback is completely unprofessional and explains why your hotel struggles to meet basic guest satisfaction. Responses like this highlight the very reasons for the negative reviews your property receives.

ps : We always respect the local people. I have many comments on google and you were the only person we had problems with in Thailand. We didn't have 6 suitcases. There was 1 large and one small suitcase for 1 person. And we were 3 people. While you were at the hotel, you saw our luggage and did not inform us. When the bus came, you asked for money because we would have to give it. We always have endless respect for the Thai people. We asked you for the napkin and you said "we will bring it soon". We needed it. This does not make you a slave. and you guys didn’t bring it for 2 days . You are providing a hotel service there. If you don't have napkins, tell us and we'll buy them.
