Mpalace hotel is located in the strategic area along Jalan TAR. This hotel is just a 5-10mins walking distance from Bandaraya/bank negara train station. This area has a lot to offer, from jewellery shops, to clothing stores, two malls, and many more. You can see KLCC and KL tower from afar. The check in process is somewhat slow. I have made the money transfer based on the instructions given when I made the online booking via their website. There is no receipt given to me after I emailed them the proof of payment (we also didn't know if the money went through or not). However on the day of arrival I was asked to pay again. They asked me to send them the proof of payment to a different email address. And that also took some time to arrive in their email inbox. Not very efficient the check in process. It'd be great if payment can be made via the hotel website itself and once confirmed, the check in process should be as simple as just passing the key card. Anyway, the room is clean, adequately spacious, the electrical sockets are very practical and at right places. The bathroom has good water pressure. Basic amenities like shower gel and shampoo are provided. Wifi is fast enough for daily use. The room sound proofing is not very good, during the day, I can clearly hear the songs played by those clothing merchants. In the night, I can clearly hear my next door phone conversation. Overall, it's good value for money. Great location, good cleanliness, decent room.

I really can't say enough good things about the MPalace. I've been staying here for quite some time while I needed to handle some personal business. The staff here is great, very helpful and very friendly. The facilities themselves are clean and modern (good internet too - which is essential for me). Since it's just a few minutes walk from Independence Square and the metro, the location is excellent. Plus the price is more than reasonable. All in all it's a very good choice if you want a place to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Clean and well-located hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Just a short walk to shopping areas and metro stations. It's a 3-star hotel with decent service and good value for money. Recommended for travelers looking for a simple and convenient stay.????

Near the public transport (LRT Masjid Jamek, LRT Bandaraya). Easy to access the other place (KLCC etc). The room was clean and nice, friendly staff. But, it's a bit hard to find car parking near this hotel.
