Booked this hotel as didn't want to stay in a high rise. On entering Motey Hotel we were wowed by the art decor and the luxurious marble look. We were met by a friendly security guard and front desk staff member. As we walked down the hallway to our room I noticed the wallpaper coming away from the wall. Oh dear, what was the hotel room going to be like? We hesitantly opened the door and were surprised by a beautiful spacious room tastefully decorated to reflect the grandness of the hotel. Both room and bathroom were clean. The bed was perfect and slept well for the 6 nights we were there. The hotel was walking distance to Shopping Malls, the colourful Melaka river, historic sites, eateries and markets. Surrounding area of the hotel did not match the Hotels splendour. There was a laundry close by and we felt safe walking around the area whether day or night. Would we stay again? Hell yes! The price was reasonable, included a great buffet breakfast, an amazing pool and very friendly helpful staff. A special thanks to the security staff for their ability to be extra hellful. A note to management and owners, please maintain this hotel as it is so unique and a pleasure to have stayed jn

Great location, great room at affordable price. Super good service by all staffs. The room is spacious, bathroom is equipped with big bathtub , I like the kids tent So much! Superb service upon check in, welcomed by very friendly staffs. Dinner package is a very good deal too.

What wins my heart is the heartwarming service and great hospitality. After we checked-in, the hotel staff sent a WA message to check if everything was ok. Around 6 pm, we discovered that there is no fridge in our room. When we ask the staff by WA message, he/she apologize and said maybe the technician had took it for maintenance or repair works. They offer an ice bucket for us and as a service recovery gesture, they let us check out late (1 pm the next day). The hotel ambience, the room, the facilities met our expectation. The TV has many channels. The bed is comfortable. The toilet and the room is clean. Thank you Moty Hotel. Please maintain this good level of service.

It room we're pretty good as there was a bathroom with blinds and the bathroom were pretty clean, room was just normal sized, the location was near a night market and the staff there was the best. there was a swimming pool there too
