We always stay in Red Planet Hotel everytime we visit Palembang. And now we are staying in this hotel, too, in Surabaya. It has a very modern and comfy room. The room size is not so big, but designed to be compact enough for a transit purpose of staying. I really like the interior design, so simple yet pretty. What I don't really enjoy from this hotel is the breakfast menu. Not so tasty, and the servings are not representative (a little bit messy). At our first day, the staff said that they don't even have forks! And also no creamer or milk on the table, unless you ask for it to the staff. But about anything else, this is a suitable hotel for people who are visiting a city for business or transit.

Location and price is amazing. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Traveler can leave their bags before check in/after check out to explore the city. There are some stains on towel and linens and they smell a bit musty. It'd be great if they can update them

Stay in this hotel for a week, was a comfortable experience. The staff are kind, room service every day, but all the electric socket in my room was loose and somehow didn't work. If you fix this, it would be five stars review

Room was okay, can't complain much. It was standard. The ac was cool, there was a ceiling fan too so it enhance the coolness of the room. Bathroom was fine, amenities complete. The bed was squeaky tho
