Very quiet and convenient location Nice service Room is super clean and hotel is new. Pretty satisfied with the public bath which is open from 3pm to 9am which means you can probably enjoy the entire bath when it’s late . I went there around 11pm and I was the only one. I spent around 11300 yen for one night here during Jan 2025. The price is reasonable. It’s probably the best Mitsui hotel i have been compared to those in Kyoto Nothing here is super fancy like luxury hotel but they make it all good in all the details

What a wonderful stay we had! The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. One tip I would give them is to have information for clients on the restaurant, written somewhere in the room. We didn't know that we had to book for breakfast or dinner and missed out. Luckily their is a 7 eleven 1 min walk from Hotel. 10 min walk to station which you will use if travelling to other parts of Osaka. It is a fair distance to walk to main parts otherwise. They do offer a bus shuttle. We enjoyed the quietness of the location after the busy days we had. Room was luxury and there is an onsen on site for women and men. Be aware tattoos have to be covered. Highly recommend and enjoy ?

Loved our stay here so much that the next time we’re in Osaka, we will definitely stay here again. We stayed on the premier floor and had access to the premier private lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We had questions not related to our stay and the staff was able to assist us with finding the information we needed. Checking in and checking out was very easy. Our room had a view of the river, it was very nice. The area itself is very quiet and this hotel was very relaxing to stay in; no noisy children or families. Perfect stay for couples. Our room was cleaned/made up everyday. They also offer reservations for relaxation massage, it was definitely worth it after walking around all day exploring Osaka. Thank you so much to all the staff at Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier!! Looking forward to coming back in the future.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed the facilities even though the room was quite compact. Quality fittings and amenities. We had to wait a while for breakfast on one of the 3 mornings but we were warned by hotel staff that they'd be busy at breakfast. Location is good with multiple stations within walking distance. We also has access to the lounge which was a nice spot to relax out of the room.

We checked in around 10:00 PM on May 19, and were warmly welcomed by a female front desk staff member who was incredibly kind and thoughtful. When we were asked to pay the 200 yen tax, we mentioned that we had a lot of coins and asked if we could use them. To our surprise, she kindly offered to take all our coins and exchange them into bills for us. Such a caring gesture really stood out! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is great—very convenient for getting around. During checkout the next day, the staff continued to impress us. My husband went down to check out first while I was still upstairs, and the front desk told him not to rush returning the room key, as they didn’t want housekeeping to disturb me too early. That level of consideration really made a difference. Overall, both the service and the facilities were excellent. We truly felt at home during our stay. Highly recommended!
