Overall 6 night experience was very positive. Onsen rooftop bath was great. Cleaning staff were lovely. Reception staff were more formal but helpful. Double room was small with limited storage but clean. Location was excellent for Yamanote Line trains. Enjoyed our stay here.

good location and super clean. the lobby is on the 15th floor with nice view and complimentary coffee and welcome drinks. the spa (public bath) on the 16th floor has both indoor and outdoor tub. if you go outdoor, you can see stars on the sky at night. it was a rainy day, so very nice cold breeze and perfect day for outdoor bath. my room was on the 15th floor, it has a great city view. best quality for the price.

Our two night stay at the Gotanda property was consistent with our experience at all other Mitsui Garden hotels. In a word: excellent. The location of the hotel is convenient- right off the Yamanote Line, which ensures easy access to the rest of Tokyo, as well as both airports. Service was friendly and professional and our room was well appointed (if a bit small). All in all, we had a great experience and would stay here again if visiting this area of Tokyo in the future
