We have booked Mira Moon Hotel (3 different rooms) directly over their official website for our most recent trip to Hong Kong. The rooms turned out to be nice, and the service was great. Location wise, it's about 5 - 10 min walk to Causeway Bay MRT. However, what I would like to commend most would be their service. First - we were unable to fly to Hong Kong on our original scheduled flight and had to postpone our trip, and I wrote in to Mira Moon Hotel to check if they were able to change the dates for us. The service staff replied promptly and assisted in the change of dates (an exception for us since we couldn't fly due to medical reasons), everything was done so efficiently. Second - check-in process was smooth when we visited Hong Kong eventually. Upon checking out, I accidentally left my laptop charger with them and I have already left to Disneyland Hollywood Hotel in Hong Kong. As same-day delivery couriers were difficult to arrange in Hong Kong, the hotel actually extended an alternative to us and arranged their own staff to help deliver to Disney Hollywood Hotel at a small delivery cost. That was done out of their own will and I am really appreciative of their gesture. They delivered to me although it was already in the evening time.. many hotels wouldn't even bother. Would totally recommend them because of their service!! Commendable :) Thank you!

Memorable Stay at Mira Moon Hotel – Exceptional Guest Service I had the pleasure of staying at Mira Moon Hotel during the Chinese New Year of the Snake. The hotel, located just a short distance from the waterfront, provided a comfortable and modern stay. While it is nestled among other skyscrapers, my room on the 32nd floor offered a lovely side view of Hong Kong Harbor and was well-insulated from city noise. The Premium Room was spacious, featuring a generously sized bathroom. However, I did find a few areas for improvement—limited storage space, a rather noisy air conditioning system even when turned off, and a very modest breakfast selection that could benefit from more variety. That said, the overall service was excellent, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. A special mention goes to Guest Relations Officer Una Lo, whose exceptional hospitality made my stay truly memorable. From the warm and professional welcome to her valuable local insights, Una Lo was an outstanding point of contact. She went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, and for my birthday, she surprised me with a beautifully curated selection of fine chocolates—an incredibly thoughtful gesture that I deeply appreciated. Overall, Mira Moon Hotel offers a stylish and comfortable stay with top-tier guest service, particularly thanks to professionals like Una Lo. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a modern boutique experience in Hong Kong.

Had a quick trip to Hong Kong and selected this hotel, strategic location, very welcoming staff from lobby to receptionist to cleaners. Front desk Mooscar was the guy helped me with check in and very polite, positive attitude and smooth & fast process. Hotel room is huge, came with a nice bathtub as well, and very clean!

Super service from Kevin and Janet! Everything in the room was good and they even had a prayermat and the qibla ready for me. We went to Disney and returned to the hotel because we could leave 2 suitcases in the hotel! Every morning its a service with a smile from every staffmember but especially Kevin and Janet!
