It was such a great experience at this hotel from the first day we arrived until we left we stayed 10 days the staff were very helpful and friendly the rooms are very clean and impressive too, Buses were available every 30 minute's to take us to the Haram .Also not to mention the food breakfast and dinner were amazing and fresh everyday different menu great cooks! Rooms were cleaned daily! This hotel must have great Management to be so successful! We would go again to the same place ! Thank you everyone for your kindness and hospitality, keep up the good work and we look forward to see you soon!

Alhamdulillah once you arrive you made it to the Holly city God Bless you Bismillah?❤️ Rooms are nice and clean aircon works very well. Local Staff is nice and very respectful how ever there is a mix of internationality so some people are blunt as regional and cultural differences have been brought with them. So For English speakers it ain’t bad but fluency and US style customer service is a bit behind for direct problem solving but once you fine someone to help you they do get you sorted. Location is extremely convenient bus and taxi to the caba if you hire a car it’s good on parking too to get around Mekkah and everywhere, the Mall is… I could say 10-15 min walking distance if you don’t mind the heat. It is useful for get your shopping sorted tons of perfume and watch stores restaurants cafes kids area and much needed mobile sim purchases, clothes and so on …… On the complex by the hotel there is a huge beautiful local Mosque very popular and convince shop a bit touristy prices still ok excellent customer car highly recommend to map/ discover this place for your convenience. If you pope just over the road there is fast food, convenience shops again, fruits shop, laundry, for slightly better prices and ATM, and so on… About food hygiene this places are very good ?. (For your well being don’t touch cats on the street or pigeons the heat doesn’t helps) Encourage you to go and discover your surroundings and do trips to better know the city and each time your visit will become more full filled. After a long flight it worth having a massage in a massage chair there is few over the lobby it helps you relax the strain and stress of travel Have a fantastic stay???

The only downside is that the hotel is located farther from the Kaaba, so you need to take a bus to get there. However, the shuttle service is well-organized and makes the trip manageable.
