Stayed here during my vacation. The staff were so kind and accommodating! They offered to hold on to my luggage while I waited for my room. The view from the room was amazing and the hotel was close to Grand Central and good restaurants. The area was pretty safe as well. The rooms could be updated but the bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was good too. Housekeeping was great. Also, there is an early checkout fee which I found unnecessary. Otherwise, I would recommend.

+ The hotel has excellent location and access with the buses as well. + Rooms are spacious, well equiped. + Access to the elevators smooth and fast. - Cleaning of the rooms should be improved. - Carpet is not properly clean, very dirty with hair every where. - There is dust and stains from superficial cleaning on the lamps, TV, and shelves. - Window and its shelf are completly dusty and dirty. - Breakfast offer is very low in quantity for such level of the hotel. Additionally, replenisment of the food is slow. - Coffee machine very poorly cleaned. - NO slippers!!!

Love the hotel. Our views were stunning. Service is professional and prompt. I loved the bed. Our room was so relaxing. It was super clean, which is very important. I would have left 5 stars for everything, but I would have like more food options. The one restaurant is expensive and the food is okay. However; there are enough great choices around.

Had a four night stay at this hotel and overall, it was a lovely hotel. We enjoyed using the well equipped gym. It’s easy to get around due to it being located within reach by public transport. The room was a good size with a good river view! The beds could use an upgrade! We had a mixture of experiences with reception staff, but A special thank you goes to Linda K and the young man who checked us in on the 23/5. Best wishes on your career Sir! Linda, we thought you were an absolutely amazing human being, you were very helpful and kind on our first night at the hotel. Your act of kindness made an everlasting positive impression on us and I wish I had met you in person also to say thank you. I would recommend this hotel, thank you

I was a little nervous about booking a stay at this hotel after reading some of the reviews. I stayed on the 31st floor; the hotel is at an excellent location, very close to Grand Central & other public transport stops. I made sure to use the $35/day credit at the coffee shop since it will be charged to your card regardless. I didn't have an issue with the deposit. It was returned in a timely manner to my card. The staff was very attentive, I was also able to leave my luggage with them before checking in & after checking out. The only issue I could think of was the carpet. It looked a little dirty. However, the bed was comfortable, the AC was great, water pressure was good, and the views were amazing!
