We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were on the third floor so it was convenient to the bar and restaurant area. The coffee was great. Breakfast was amazing. The hallway near the rooms could do with a bit of deodorizing, as could the shower in our room. We really liked the beehives on the roof top garden and the information that went along with that. The bee socks were great.

Stayed for two nights and no complaints. We checked in late in the night and they were really sweet to upgrade our room even. Breakfast was pretty good, you get plenty of options with everything. The staff is very helpful and they can be flexible to suite your needs as well.

We had a lovely breakfast at Mercure this morning. They were so accommodating with our big group, and the hospitality was warm and welcoming- especially from Ajay! The buffet had a good variety, and the kids really enjoyed it too. We just wished there were more cheese options, but overall, a great spot for a relaxed family morning!

Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned quickly each day and the restaurant was great. Location amazing. Thanks for another great stay!
