Staff member throughout our whole stay and when booking was very accommodating and nothing was an issue. Really spacious rooms, onsite parking and conveniently across the road from Westfield Shopping Complex. Pool was always clean and warm.

Room n location very comfy n relaxing n nice with balcony out front accessible by lounge n bedroom. Booked a rollaway bed n was in room when arrived and very comfortable. The only thing that detracted from the experience was the reception lady who seemed very blunt n not friendly. There were a couple of issues with Foxtel tv remote n felt as though was putting her out when in end was a dodgy remote but seemed to blame me for pushing too hard! In the end as a paying guest I felt I didn’t want to “inconveniance” her for issues - beautiful apartments as I haven’t seen my daughter due to circumstances n thought shout her out to catch up for w/end as living in a caravan as looking for new home n can’t have her there.

Thankyou to the beautiful kind manager Roslyn.For the valuable and great fun time that I had for two weeks this year from February 3rd to 17th whilst my bathroom was being renovated.I always felt safe and secure. You were so professional helpful supportive resourseful tolerant paitent efficient kind towards me and my disability support workers.An amazing lady that works so very hard even going out of your way for me and my disability support workers. Never ever forget how special you are.You are a very strong lady.May God always bless you.Also thank you for believing and trusting in me.A great indoor pool and wet and dry spa and gymnasium was fun and clean and safe at all times.With Knox City shopping centre and Knox Ozone being convenient just across the road.Resteraunts nearby on Burwood Hwy and on Stud Rd. Am looking forward to return again a.s.a.p this year.

The pool was a highlight, heated and longer than I thought from the pictures. The rooms were great too, clean and comfortable, and they provided toiletries for our stay. The manager met us for our 7pm check in and was very helpful when I asked for further assistance afterwards.
