We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was well-presented and welcoming. A great place to relax after a long day – highly recommend!

The stay was good, and the room was fine for our needs. As a Gold Accor Member, I was a little upset that an upgrade or higher floor was not mentioned at check-in or if we needed a late checkout. I am used to this happening and understand this is not always available, but I am made aware of this at check-in.

This is my second time booking this hotel. During my first stay, I was kindly upgraded to a suite as a Gold member, which I really appreciated—it felt well worth the price. This time, as a Platinum member, I didn’t receive an upgrade and was assigned a lower-level room. To be honest, I didn’t feel any noticeable difference in experience between Gold and Platinum status, which was a bit disappointing. I also noticed the standard room didn’t have a coffee machine, unlike the King Suite, which was slightly inconvenient.
