Great experience here on a family vacation. Good, well laid out rooms with great north-facing balcony and good views over Broadbeach. Decent pool area. Minor things were the room not quite being ready - e.g. soap dispensers empty.

Rooms strictly should probably rate it at 4~4.5 Stars, but overall it is a very enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend to others. Two bedroom apartment, 4 nights, with washer and dryer in the room, saved us spaces on clothes during travelling/stay. Money worth, location is great, swimming pool is cute, thick windows (balcony doors) block 90% outside sounds.

Staff at front desk are extremely friendly and helpful. Great location to walk to everywhere in Broadbeach. Good sized apartment and great kitchen. Everything was great except for an unclean bathroom, long hair left in bathroom and bathroom fan covered in thick dust, not a nice feel. Bathroom was in serious need of a renovation.

We arrived late, but the late check-in process was smooth and easy—got our keys with no hassle. The location is fantastic, right next to Pacific Fair and close to the light rail, making it super convenient for getting around. What really stood out was the service: the staff were friendly and helpful, invited me to join their membership, and even offered a late check-out without me needing to ask. Very impressed! I recently had a very poor experience at Mantra Chatswood, so I was honestly surprised that both properties are part of the same group. Mantra Broadbeach clearly sets a much higher standard. Well done to the team here!
