This is a modern, friendly and very clean guesthouse that is conveniently located close to markets, convenience stores and the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful with providing information about the local area such as attractions and transport. All of this provided at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Busan.

Stayed in MAMA guesthouse for 3 nights. Location is awesome-right next to the vibrant traditional market. Steven was very helpful and accommodating with our late check in and when we had power issues. The rooms are small but more than enough for comfort and convenience. AC/heating, WiFi and hot water saved me ??

I stayed here for six nights nearly a year ago, and it was the perfect accommodation for me! Affordable, clean, amazing location, and kind staff. The walls are a little thin but everyone staying was respectful and so there were no noise issues. It served as the perfect base for exploring many places in Busan and allowed me to enjoy the beach every morning and evening.

Had a pleasant stay in their double room for 3 nights. Booked thru Agoda for US$29/KW42,200 a night *Cheaper to boom directly with them -Room and common area were always clean -The owner was friendly and easily reachable thru Whatsapp, responded almost immediately all the time -Location is just a few steps away from the bus station and Haeundae Traditional Market -Less than 500m from Haeundae Station and the beach -Wifi was fast, stable, and consistent -NO elevator but they were very much willing to help carry your luggage -Laundry service is available for KW10,000 -On the side of the street but no street noise was heard in the room
