The room was very spacious. It smells so good. And very cheap ! Only RM76/night here. Got parking also but on the roadside. The room also got balcony. Only the location is kinda far from the main attraction places. About 2km far. But i like it here. If you want go anywhere, just book maxim. Really cheap. Also this room got refrigerator. This place also need deposit 500 baht.

This family room is quite spacious, comfortable, and clean. The price is reasonable for this October. It's suitable for a family vacation.

The family room is big and with kitchen,very comfortable to stay ,out side got a lot of food in morning and night.

M One Residence isn’t trying to win any design awards — and that’s exactly why it works. It’s clean and the rooms are big enough to do cartwheels in, a full-sized fridge, with decent air-conditioning and a bed that’s more ergonomic than comfortable. Not only do you get space to breathe, unpack, and even dry your clothes on the balcony — which, by the way, comes with an outdoor sink (Not the cleanest, but it gets the job done) Inside, there are more switches than you’ll know what to do with, and everything feels simple but solid. The housekeepers are friendly and keep the place spotless. The front desk staff are polite and helpful, albeit a bit shy as they don’t speak English fluently. Still, they’ll try their best — and that’s more than you get at some luxury hotels. At night, there’s a security guard and someone on reception, so you’re never left on your own. The hotel’s out of the way so you’ll likely need to take a Grab or tuk-tuk to get into the city centre. But there’s plenty nearby — local food stalls, a 7-Eleven, even a hospital if you eat something that disagrees with you. It’s a quiet area, which is ideal if you’re after a decent night’s sleep without the city noise. Parking is just along the roadside, so it’s a bit limited. There’s no kettle in the room, so if you need hot water, you’ll have to pop down to the lobby. But for the price, it’s hard to complain.
