The hotel is situated at a very convenient location, just at the opposite side of Southern Cross Station (the major train station to other suburban areas). The room is spacious enough with a view overlooking the station. During our stay, we appreciated the staff's service, Pete's warm-hearted assistance to offer us early check-in after we had a long flight and Ann's greeting card for our anniversary. The hotel also provided some chocolate at teatime, but sadly we missed. Will return for it again ?.

I had a wonderful experience at Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne On Spencer! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive. The rooms were modern, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The location is unbeatable—right across from Southern Cross Station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The amenities were a real highlight. We especially enjoyed the daily Chocolate Hour—a unique and delicious touch! The pool and wellness facilities were also excellent, providing a relaxing escape after a busy day. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the soundproofing. We could hear a bit of noise from the hallway and nearby rooms, but it didn’t significantly affect our comfort or overall experience. All in all, Mövenpick Melbourne exceeded our expectations, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Requested for a late checkout which was easily granted. Arrived about 2hours before check-in and they let us in right away. It means a lot as I came from an 8hour bus and train trip. Location was perfect, just across southern cross station. Excellent staff service. Great heated pool and spa with sauna on the same floor. Will definitely stay again. Worth the price!

The staff are really friendly. Rooms well presented - compact but everything you need. Dining at Miss Mi is a pleasure Aircon actually heated and cooled to have a warm room before bed and a cool room to sleep! Transport really close with Southern Cross Station and trams right outside

Good experiences, Location is very convenient, Tram stop are in front of the Hotel. Near Sky Bus station. Easy when travel back and force to the Airport. Staff very helpful. Room are super nice and comfy bed. Pool are perfect. Will come back and stay here again 100%
