Room was immaculate and beautiful. The staff were very nice and helped us with transportation to and from a Mets game. The location seems like it's in a run-down area but when we walked around we found it was a nice neighborhood with lots of little local places to eat. The food at the hotel left a little to be desired, otherwise we would have given it a full five stars.

I had an incredible stay. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The food was exceptional, and the spa was the perfect place to unwind. Truly a five-star experience—I can’t wait to come back!

Very nice hotel, and affordable. Clean, modern, and the shower is large. Rooms offer several streaming services. Free parking is nice. Only downside is they don't have closets or drawers to store your stuff. You will have to keep your clothes in your bags.

Really impressed by this place, especially knowing it’s a first time family run hotel. The stay was smooth, the front desk staff were friendly, and the whole vibe felt warm and personal. Big thanks to the manager, Vivian super accommodating and made sure everything was taken care of. You can tell they actually care about the guest experience. Would definitely stay again
