The thing I like the most about this property was the staff. Everybody on the reception desk were very helpful and friendly Tanya, Emily Candy and most importantly Mia. Mia was my main reception contact she helped me check in early (there is a fee but completely worth it) she gave me an amazing room with a fabulous view of the river. Nothing was ever a problem. I hope Hotel Lotte really value her as a staff member. But you could tell that all of the staff at the hotel wanted you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. Besides the staff the hotel was very spacious and clean. There was everything you needed including a fitness centre, a lovely swimming pool that you could spend all day at and several restaurants. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. The hotel is also in a great location it's close to everything but far enough away from the madness and noise. The next time I stay in Ho Chi Minh City the choice will be easy. Hotel Lotte it will be!

She was from USA and she was so excited for traveling around city to enjoy food, sight seeing, the people.. We had a very attentive and friendly assistance from Concierge Team. at the heart of Hanoi. Great view, cozy and yet complete. Love the air of importance you feel when you get into the room. ample storage by the door. bath tub for that much needed soak before bed. large tv to while away your hours in bed and the quite imposing office desk by the window. makes you wanna do business in Hanoi over and over. finding the lobby and the elevator to the hotel rooms was a little tricky at first, but it was all worth the trouble.
