I had a wonderful stay at Lombok Garden Hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself is set in a beautiful garden. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The property has 2 lovely pools, which were perfect for relaxing. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of tasty food. The location is convenient for exploring local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back

A garden concept hotel with wide-open green space that creates refreshing environment to its guest. It's quite out-of-dated hotel, but still maintains cleanliness and service to make its room comfortable. I can say its staffs are quite... careless, especially its receptionists. On my first time during my arrival, the staff didn't tell me when and where to have a breakfast. When I had a problem with my safe deposit box (it was locked even before my arrival), they were slow to respond. I couldn't find telephone directory in my room, so I had to write it down. My keycard was only activated for 1-night stay, while I checked-in for 5-night stays. I hope the hotel staffs can improve to be better, since it has a great concept and best location in whole Mataram so far.

I feel enjoy for stay in this hotel, this place very wide and many space for bus, car, motorcycle parking. From lobby to our rooms we need to walk around 500m. Swimming pool : for kids and adult, wide pool, there is table and chair around the pool Room: the room space is big, there is also couch, work table, coffee maker, refrigerator, safe, and balcony with pool view is the best. Completed amenities in bathroom Breakfast : the food is limited, i need to wait too long for omelette, fresh juice, fresh milk that one i like, many varieties food like indonesian and western food. Public area : every public area was clean but lighting near lift in 1st floor too dark

The Garden Hotel’s vibe is mad chill – super comfy, clean, and cozy. But fr, the AC lowkey sucks at night. It gets kinda hot ‘cause the cool air doesn’t hit right. Other than that, it’s all good! Hopefully, they’ll step it up soon and make it even doper!
