After seeing a report listing this hotel as one of the top 10 in the area, I visited their official website to make my booking. I stayed here with my child for three nights, and the experience was truly delightful. Every day, the staff greeted my child by name, instantly winning his heart. Sometimes, as we walked in from the nearby alley, staff members would escort us, even though the area felt perfectly safe. The hotel offers breakfast, and their freshly made pho was even better than what we had at local restaurants. While the room wasn’t particularly spacious or bright, it was cozy and comfortable. Special thanks to housekeepers Anna and Rosa, who kept our room spotless and made it feel like home. Later, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony, and sitting quietly out there was a uniquely relaxing experience. I’d highly recommend this hotel to budget-conscious travelers looking for great value and exceptional service.

A charming hotel in a hectic city. A challenge to find the hotel hidden in the back of an alley. But once there, nice hotel very well located. It is clean, welcoming, and breakfast very well in a beautiful environment. The shower was very restorative with a good spray. Quiet in a noisy city.... It is absolutely necessary to opt for a superior room because the standard is tiny and windowless.

This hotel was fantastic. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the room was a little too small and during the night, building work was going on outside our window and so we had no sleep. Apart from that, it was brilliant. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helped us arrange a trip. We even bumped into Ricky on the street and he let us try some street food from his friends for free (it was so good). We loved that he recognised us and helped us even when he wasn't working. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel was in a great location for us, we walked everywhere. We would highly recommend staying here and we will be considering returning soon.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had excellent service. Location was amazing with easy walks to the main attractions in district 1, lovely bars, restaurants and cafes. The staff were really standout here too, they were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Comfortable stay in a prime location in HCMC. Nice rooms, excellent service, solid breakfast with lots of variety. Rosa took great care to clean and tidy our room each day. Terrific value - we will come back!
