Such a lovely Hostel. Beds are great, the people are very nice. Also tour booking is good. Booked my Ha Giang loop first with another Company, when I asked them if I could switch it was no Problem. Also the pool is very good, enjoyed swimming there. It's not that mega kind of a social hostel as there is no big bar, but all the people I met in my room were so cool, I didn't need the bar for socializing. Would definitely recommend to go there?

Outstanding Hostel, and I have stayed in several. This is a great hostel for all ages. There is a seating area out side for smokers, tables inside to sit and chill and a quiet area to lounge on bean bags upstairs. They have a free keg of beer in the evening with light snacks. The security guard outside is very helpful. All the staff are helpful, personable and go above and beyond with their service. The rest rooms are cleaned daily, and the bedding and towels are of good quality. It's a fairly large hostel that is ran with perfection.

.First, the best hostel in Hanoi second, and very important I dont do that often but I want to express my deepest gratitude to the worker -My Nguyen- for her incredible kindness and help when I needed it most. I had lost something very important to me, and she went above and beyond to help me find it. For several days, she searched with me, showing so much care, dedication, and determination. Thanks to her support and persistence, we were able to find it — and it truly meant the world to me. My Nguyen is not only hardworking, but also someone with a genuinely kind heart. Her help during that time reminded me how much of a difference one person's kindness can make. I will never forget it. I also want to say that I was very satisfied with the entire Little Charm Hostel staff — everyone was helpful, professional, and made my stay wonderful. Thank you all so much! ??

Although this is a hotel, there is a café on the first floor. The high ceilings make the space feel very comfortable. The staff member Victor was very friendly. The Vietnamese coffee is very affordable—only 35,000 VND per cup—but it’s quite strong. It’s different from the iced coffee we’re used to and is more like an espresso. Highly recommended as a place to take a break after shopping. They also offer very cheap massages, though we didn’t try them ourselves.
