The bunk bed is bigger than usual, and very comfortable. Bathroom and toilet are clean and maintained. Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Lastly, the location is really good as the MRT Exit 9 is right in front of the hostel. A famous night market is also just a minute walk from here. Will I stay here again? Yes.

LIGHT or LET'S HOSTEL From Formosa MRTBstation exit 9 or any exit you can arrive here easily. Very close to MRT and some food stalls around the Formosa rotunda. Nice dormitory quiet and cool up to 4F. There's also spacious solo rooms. There's clean bath and washrooms upstairs. 2 outlets, 1 lamp, 2 hangers, 1 small towel, clean-smelling pillow and sheets, free drinking station and fragrant hand soap too :) And there's a personal locker dedicated with RF lock. They require hotel slippers inside :)

Nice and comfortable rooms, though a little small for my liking. But great aesthetics and cute fruit-themed decorations on the lobby. Very accessible to Formosa MRT and LiuHe Night Market (just turn right from entrance!) Staff are very friendly and will help you with different requests like moving around, buying metro card, etc. Yuki is particularly friendly, detailed and always smiling to greet us!

Overall 5 stars due to it’s location. In front of the hostel is Exit 11 of Formosa Station which is very convenient! Liohue night market is also nearby with just a few steps away, near Poya, Cosmed, convenience stores and food/drink shops! The rooms though needs improvement, hopefully since they’ve been acquired by Hotelday, it will be renovated. Previously called Light Hostel, it’s now called Let’s Hostel managed by Hotelday hotels. The staffs are nice but most of them can’t speak English which is understandable. The facilities of the hostel was also good but located in B1. I hope they can improve the rooms and toilet/shower rooms as it needs some renovation (4th floor) I think the lower floor rooms are better. Please note that dormitory rooms are mostly located at 4th floor which doesn’t have a lift/elevator and you need to use the stairs from the 3rd floor.

I booked via Agoda. If you're checking in 8PM onwards, they'll message you the self check-in instructions. I went for a single bed in a dorm and it was really nice! You have your locker space in the room, but it doesn't fit any luggage size, only good for backpacks. If you have big luggages, they have a storage area in the 1st floor. No single use toiletries are provided, but there are soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Location is really great because it's near the Formosa Boulevard MRT station and Liouhe Night Market.
