The room did not meet our expectations as the photos looked deceiving and the room was much smaller than expected with less space to walk around. And the location was quite far from the old quarter area with very few eateries around. The room however was pretty clean and tidy.

We actually didn't sleep there, first time during our trip we didn't want to stay the night. The room didn't feel like the photos (felt worn and a bit dirty, which was surprising considering the other reviews) and the owner had left the window of the bathroom opened with the lights on, so the place was covered in bugs and mosquitos when we arrived at 9 pm.

The place was fully booked so we couldn't move room, but we felt like the owner made no effort to help us. A 15% discount on the original price is an offence after finding the room in such state. We decided to check out as we couldn't sleep with that many bugs around. The door to the "balcony" also felt very dodgy - there should be a sign and a better fence.

Rooms are very Basic, Booking .com is showing misleading pictures. The owner is co operative but helpless with room condition. We have booked 5 rooms. 12th Floor doesn't have lift. We have to pick up the luggage from 11th floor by very narrow staircase. 2 room's Heater not working while it was 8 degree temperature and owner said we do not provide heater while other rooms heater was working. Boiler also not working 1 room. The location is worst and out side of city. You can not fine anything near by. Please think before booking this cheap home stay.

Please don't stay here.
Those pictures are fakes.

The sink was so stink, it smells like sh◯t.
And we complained about the smells and pictures were different and so wet inside.

And the sink didn't work. The water stacked and flooded then the guy who is building owner used a kitchen naifu to open the sink.
So please don't use even naifu too.

We refunded money back for couple of days.
