The only thing missing from 5 stars for the room is the balcony, which only fits 1 person standing. However, this is no fault of staff, and it is what it is. All of the staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful, especially Auntie Mod. I don't think she ever sleeps lol....Auntie Mod, get some rest, please :-) You all made our stay very welcoming, very comfortable, and very accommodating. Fern lived in the UK for a long time, so she speaks perfect English just as you or I. I didn't ask, but I'd say British born Fern? Thank you for being lovely & helpful. Thank you for the perfect fried eggs, too, lol. We would definitely stay here again for the customer service as this was the best thing the hotel offers. (AUNTIE MOD, I meant to say, the cleaning might need supervision checks every now and again, because our toilet had thick build up marks which were removable. Easy fix!). The hotel location was right next to Foodland for your daily shopping needs and a couple of 7 elevens nearby, not to mention the Big C 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel is too good.The staff is friendly ,well behaved and so helpful. Aunty Mod thanks for the good guidance. The ambience is excellent and it is the Center of pattaya .every tourist spot is so near .. i .. Love it

Great value for money. The rooms are big, the tv is working well. The bed is hard but for me thats a good thing. My room 211 is so quiet, unbelievable. It's amazing to find peace in the busy Pattaya.

My recent stay at this hotel was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, made even more special by the exceptional care provided by Fern and Auntie Mod. Their attentiveness and patience in addressing every need were truly remarkable. The entire staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The hotel's location offers the added benefit of a pleasant 20-minute walk to the beach, providing a convenient opportunity to discover the local street vendors and their offerings. Furthermore, the rooftop pool and the excellent breakfast were notable highlights of my stay. I would confidently recommend this hotel, especially the wonderful service provided by Fern and Auntie Mod, to other travelers.
