Fantastic location, very close to transportation and shopping. The staff all offered incredible service, warm, friendly, and professional. I'd describe the rooms as having old-school comfort, there are fresh flowers and fresh fruit, an excellent tea station, and The bathroom was well appointed. Breakfast buffet was also excellent.

Our experience in this hotel had been nothing but wonderful. The place is clean and the staffs are friendly. We were late to check in and missed the Happy Hour. After explaining our plight, the manager helped us and make an exception and allow us to have our happy hour after we check out. They are wonderful people and we would definitely come back to them the next time!

Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service! We had a fantastic stay at Les Suites Hotel Ching Cheng for 4 days and 3 nights. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. They were not only friendly and attentive but also impressively multilingual, effortlessly communicating in English, Mandarin, and Japanese, which made our experience even more convenient and enjoyable. The hotel itself was well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The amenities were excellent, food & drinks were amazing that we didn’t even want to go out and try other places to eat or drink at. Overall, we highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless and pleasant stay and conveniently located next to the train station. We truly appreciated the outstanding service and can’t wait to return in the future!

Nice rooms, clean, excellent service and location. Professional staff. Good breakfast buffet and happy hour. Large food selection for happy hour. Across the street from a mall / restaurants. Super convient to subway system and taxis. Numerous nearby shops, bakeries, retail Professional staff who are eager to please. -- Tourist from the U.S.A.
