We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. While our plans unexpectedly changed, the staff and especially the General Manager handled everything with great kindness and professionalism. Their support went above and beyond, and we truly appreciate how accommodating they were. It’s rare to come across such thoughtful service, and we’re very grateful. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that genuinely cares about its guests. Thank you again!

Overall, everything was fine. The room was okay but felt a bit congested. The location is excellent — very close to the Jio World Convention Centre. The price is on the higher side. Breakfast was excellent, but the quality of dinner was below expectations.

Good hotel and very clean. Breakfast was good but could have been made fresh. Though room size is small , it's maintained well and enough for a short stay.
