The rooms are very luxurious and the staff is very kind. Breakfast is mediocre, unfortunately, and room service doesn't speak English well, which meant extra hassle of them having to bring the menu up to us so we can point at what we wanted. All in all - a good 5 star hotel. I think it's one of the prettier ones in the city. Though not as grand as some, it feels somehow more impressive. If it was pricier, I wouldn't have recommended it as much, but it's really amazing value for the cost.

Fantastic staff and top class service. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean mostly especially the shower and toilet. The amenities, like the gym and pool were nice and well-maintained, adding to the experience. Breakfast had a decent selection. We have a comfortable stay here. Will highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel nearby the harbour! We are serviced by Ivan. He is very very helpfull and kind. Arrange us for taxi, luggage, site seeing. He helped us with everything. We were tired after a hot sunny day and he gave us water bottles. Just relax and enjoy, no stress with Ivan. Very happy with him and his service. I highly recommand this hotel (Nice swimming pool) with their great service!!! Thank You Ivan and other hotelemployees!!!

Great stay. Spacious room and luxurious bathroom with a window inside overlooking the Seaview. They provided Loccitane toiletries which added a plus point to it (wanted to stay at the maison loccitane initially, hence this turned out as a great surprise). They staffs are friendly as well, willing to give advice where they suggested easiest way to travel around the island using the shuttle buses which are a 5 mins walk from the hotel which goes to most of the casinos. Its super convenient because the ferry terminal is just beside the hotel and 10 mins drive away from the airport
