This was a 5 star experience in every way. ( would make it 10) The hotel is in a perfect location. Our upgraded suite was fantastic and best of all was the welcoming staff, especially those in the club lounge. The gym was spotless and the entire hotel was immaculate. One of our best hotel stays anywhere. Thank you LM!!

Rooms were clean and well taken care of. Service was exceptional. Location made shopping a breeze. We could walk everywhere, and was a short 5 minute taxi to the castles/royal palaces. Food in the area was delicious. Restaurant was accommodating and had a variety of food for breakfast lunch and dinner. The pool is located on the 15 floor and had an incredible view, was very clean and super warm and fun for kids.

A nice hotel surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The location is central but remains quiet despite busy Myeongdong being around the corner. Rooms are modern and clean. The front desk were attentive and hospitable. Takes two elevators and an escalator to access street level but ease to navigate second time onwards. Really appreciated the Korean water filter. Escape rope harnesses in the room is a good added safety feature (probably as per local regulations) but still appropriated. The gym is well equipped and very clean. Housekeeping was perfect.

We have traveled around the world and always stay at Marriott brands. This was the best stay we have ever had! The breakfast buffet and lounge food were amazing! The hotel staff is what truly makes this property outstanding! Our concierges April and Jay were extremely helpful and made sure our every trip was planned and coordinated. Staff felt like a family. They ensured every aspect of our stay was wonderful. Truly hard to leave this amazing property! Location is also prime!

Fantastic hotel with entrances located steps from the Myeongdong market. There is a 24 hour convenience store next door and they have a Club Lounge. The breakfast buffet in the lobby is excellent with traditional dishes, eggs made to order, sushi, and desserts. I would like to personally thank Hannah, Chloe, Bella, and for their amazing hospitality customer service. They are all top notch.
