We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. It was a great way to start our day! Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. They even fulfilled our request for extra pillows promptly, which we really appreciated. The overall ambience of the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We would love to come back again!

Second time coming here... extremely satisfied! From the reception staff to the room service, everything was excellent. The room was very comfortable... the bed was so soft. The best part? The pool here is huge, and you can eat while swimming. The kids loved it so much! We even requested a late checkout and got free ice cream and coffee vouchers. Hope you can maintain this level of service!

The staff were all friendly and always willing to help. They gave out plenty of coffee coupons, which was a nice bonus. The rooftop pool had an amazing atmosphere, and the room was clean and comfortable — I especially liked the bathroom layout. Breakfast had a great variety, and I loved the wide selection of fruits and yogurts.

We stayed at Le Meridien for one night and had a wonderful experience. The service was truly exceptional from start to finish. I would like to give a special shout-out to Nichole Cheng, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Her professionalism and warm hospitality really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel – we’ll definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of enjoying dinner at this Hotel Restaurant-Latest Recipe during CNY2025, and the experience was wonderful. The variety and quality of the food were excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I want to especially commend “Radi” for his exceptional service. He were attentive, professional, and genuinely made the experience memorable. Thank you for such a delightful start to the day!
