Fantastic hotel in a great location. Service is amazing, and the experience overall felt very luxurious. Room very well designed making the most of a smallish space, with room for a table and chairs. Design throughout is quite luxurious. Like others we appreciated the laundry room, it was very popular so took a few visits until we found an available machine. The gym was a bonus - the most spacious and beautiful ever seen in a high end hotel. Plenty of room for your own mat workout without competing for space with machines and weights. We did not eat here as there are so many great options nearby and you're close to all transport.

Excellent hotel. The rooms is pleasantly decorated. Very clean look that puts people at ease immediately. The tap is hard to turn on due to the design. While it looks nice; it is not ergonomic. Location is excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet corner, close to plenty of eateries. Good service starts from check-in. Eric is such a pleasant and helpful staff. The housekeeping staff are very polite as well. They do a good job at cleaning the room everyday. I thought excellent service is the standard but I was wrong when I had met with a grumpy front desk staff one day and a rather impolite staff at the restaurant. Nevertheless I would still give five stars for the impeccable service I received from other staff. Details such as free coffee and egg tart from the famous Bakehouse in the morning are so appreciated. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Keep up the good job!

I've been staying at this hotel for nearly three months, and the service has been exceptionally attentive. I would like to commend these wonderful staff members: Leo ,Holly, Damon, Kenny and Kevin, They even prepared a delicious cheesecake for my family's birthday! The hotel is clean and beautiful, and I've enjoyed a restful stay in the suite. It's quiet, and all the facilities are top-notch. Causeway Bay is incredibly convenient, and the housekeeping staff has taken great care of us. Thank you all!

We are so happy we chose Lanson Place to stay at for the last leg of our 3 week holiday. The hotel itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The rooms were clean and although not huge, didn’t feel cramped at all. Our room was meticulously cleaned everyday, and we could really tell the attention to detail taken - slippers placed by the bed during turn down service, our electric cables neatly coiled, fresh bottles of water everyday and placed with a clean glass on the bedside etc. The staff at reception were also exceptional - in particular Kevin and the lady at concierge (so sorry, we didn’t manage to catch her name). They were just the right level of friendly, extremely professional and always helpful. Bar staff were equally amazing, and the spicy marg I had was delicious. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and special - we can’t fault your hotel at all and will definitely be back.

Such a great hotel! The staff is super friendly and they do everything they can for you to enjoy your stay. The recently renovated rooms are lovely and the breakfast buffet is great. Special thanks to miss Bella Wong, who really made up after our rough start, and the staff of the restaurant. You really made our stay unforgettable! When we go back to Hongkong, we will definitely book this hotel again!
