“Great location near the Haram with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The proximity made it easy to attend prayers, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The only downside was the internet, which was a bit slow at times. Despite this, I’d recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay close to the Haram.”

Only draw back is that this hotel is few kilometres away from haram

But shuttle bus service is available from hotel which make it very convenient

I recently stayed at this hotel for my Umrah trip, originally planning for 7 nights. Unfortunately, I decided to check out after just 4 nights due to several disappointing experiences.

What Went Wrong:
1. Lift Issues:
- The lifts were extremely slow, too small to accommodate guests efficiently, and often had technical problems. This was especially inconvenient during peak hours.

2. Housekeeping Service:
- Despite multiple requests at the reception to have my room cleaned, housekeeping never showed up for 3 out of my 4-day stay. This was frustrating and unacceptable.

3. Room Condition:
- The shower had a leaking pipe. I reported it to the reception, but no action was taken throughout my stay.

4. Unmet Expectations:
- I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews I saw on social media, but my experience was far from what was promised. The service and room conditions did not meet basic hospitality standards.

What I Appreciated:
- The only positive aspect of this hotel was the shuttle bus service, which operated every 20 minutes and conveniently dropped us within walking distance of Masjidil Haram.

I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously to improve the guest experience. For future travelers, I recommend considering other options if service quality and comfort are a priority.
