Besides how hard the bed was, for the price and location this place is really hard to beat. A bit rough around the edges but clean, and so well located that it’s a struggle to give it anything but 5 stars. They were friendly although we didn’t interact much. The cleaning staff was a delight to deal with and very attentive to noise. Definitely recommend due to location, however I’d suggest something further away if room size or amenities were more important.

We paid 1529.68 baht for one night. The room was comfortable and spacious enough so that two people are able to have their belongings comfortably strewn about. I liked that there was a balcony, which was good for drying clothes. The water is heated and the shower is separated by a screen. Aircon works well and temperature can be adjusted; it’s also quiet if the fan is set to low. Room was quiet and peaceful at night. The hotel is in a convenient and central location, next to the Krabi and Black Crab night markets, and a comfortable walking distance northwards (15min) to the mangrove boardwalk, and 10-15mins southwards to the restaurants and bars we patronised. The negative aspects, which are minor, are that the wifi was the sign in type which I don’t really like since those can be a bit wonky sometimes. The toilet paper is one ply. The mattress was quite hard - this is personal preference as I prefer softer beds.

We had an amazing stay at Lada's. We initially planned for a day stay but after getting superb services and their really amazing breakfast(they have a lot of vegetarian options), we decided to stay for 2 more days here. Pricing is really hard to beat with what they offer. Rooms are super clean with balconies and you get a lovely view of a cliff from the room. We were staying on 4th floor and they also have an elevator. The place is pretty quiet after 10 pm so you can get a really good sleep. They clean the rooms everyday. Night market and seven eleven is just 100 meters away. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Decent hotel located in a prime location in Krabi town! For a no frills hotel, this little hotel was pretty nice. While we had some difficulties with our A/C unit, the staff were very accommodating and made the stay pleasant for us. Beds were slightly hard but not bad. Good pillows made up for this. Breakfast was good too!

Krabi is another town a bit off the main that really delivered a more intimate and quieter side of Thailand. And the Lada Krabi Residence was a great find. Located in the heart of the Old Town, next to a vibrant night market and minutes away from the quaint waterfront. The young woman at the front desk was warm & welcoming and helpful. Room was adequate with a back street view but it was clean and the a/c worked nicely. We only booked one night to catch an early flight but would love to come back and would definitely book this property again.
