We had a fantastic stay at La Siesta Premium Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made our experience special was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Kelly, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable—her attention to detail and warm hospitality were exceptional. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and eager to assist. We had dinner at Cloud Nine, both the service and food was exceptional. Phung did an amazing job looking after us for the evening. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return!

I was very happy to discover La Siesta Hotel! All the staff were extremely welcoming, kind, and attentive to every detail. They gave us an Executive room instead of the Deluxe one, which was even better! The room was comfortable and pleasant, and everything was very clean. We tried the rooftop pool, which was perfect — and the view was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was good. We also had a one-hour massage at the hotel spa, and once again, everything was designed to make us feel relaxed and at ease. The price is really attractive for the service, cleanliness, etc. There is absolutely nothing to complain about — our experience at La Siesta Hotel was flawless!

This stay started high and ended even higher. During the check in we received a complimentary lemonade with a variety of fresh fruit as well as a wet towel that was scented and couldn't come at a better time to wipe off the journey. To start with the room it was comfortable, clean, modern and most of all the sleep was blissful. The rooftop bar with the pool provided amazing views and delicious drinks. The breakfast was delicious and the variety was excellent, as well as the atmosphere, which was chic and modern. BUT the most praise deserves the personnel, they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, from packing a breakfast box with coffee as we were unable to attend some breakfast to providing a complimentary drink AND transport to the airport as unfortunately we had to cut our stay short.That kind of service makes this hotel one of the most enjoyable.

I recently stayed, 9-May-25 to 12-May-25, at La Siesta Premium Saigon and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff stood out for their tentativeness—they were attentive, polite, and quick to assist with any requests, which made the stay more comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, though it was a bit on the smaller side, which might be a concern for travelers with lots of luggage or those looking for extra space to relax. Breakfast was good, offering a decent selection. However, it was clearly tailored more toward Western tastes, so guests looking for local or more diverse options might find it a bit limited. Overall, it’s a solid choice for short stays, especially if you value cleanliness and attentive service.

I stayed for 3 days with my friend and really enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent—so accessible that we didn’t even need to take a Grab. We could just walk around the city, which made everything so easy. What stood out the most, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. On our last day, we were worried about getting to the airport on time because the traffic was terrible. But one young male staff member (wearing black glasses) went above and beyond—he literally pulled both of our suitcases and took us to a nearby road with less traffic. He even ran around to find us new taxi and cancel previous one. Thanks to him, we made it to the airport in time. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but I truly wish I had—I’d love to come back just to thank him again. Outstanding service. Thank you so much!
