Staying at La Siesta Classic MM made my stay in Hanoi extra special. From the moment I arrived they treated me with so much kindness and professionalism. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant team and gentleman working the front doors were so genuinely friendly. The architecture of the hotel has an old French colonial influence. The rooms felt like you were stepping back in time to old classy and classic Hanoi with their decor. I love that the rooms had black and white photos of Vietnamese people. The bed linens were super comfortable and easy to sleep in. The location is fantastic as it’s within walking distance to many attractions in the old quarter. The rooftop bar was a great place to start the evening with their happy hour before going to dinner. I would and will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

Very central location in the old quarter. Plenty of shops and restaurants just outside the hotel. The service is excellent, we arrived early from the airport and even though check in is usually at 2pm, they let us freshen up in our room at 11:30. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast is also good, with lots of dishes to choose from. The concierge is helpful is booking restaurants, massages and giving directions and suggestions. The sky bar has rooftop views (though there’s not much to see because most of the buildings are shorter) and offers a good selection of drinks. Highly recommend this hotel! Really great value for money and can’t praise the service enough!

We had a truly wonderful stay at La Siesta Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly attentive, kind, and accommodating, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. One of the most memorable moments was the surprise birthday cake delivered to our room for my husband’s birthday. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that truly touched us and made our trip even more special. The hotel is beautiful and the service is simply exceptional. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay so memorable—we can’t wait to come back!

The moonlight bar looks enchanting. The decor makes you feel as if you are on your way to the moon. I liked my room as it partially provides privacy for one of the members. The staff provided great recommendations and always replied to our queries promptly. They helped refill water. The yogurt preparation from breakfast buffet is my favorite. The location is fantastic since all the popular spots are very near. However, the jet spray near the toilet bowl is not user friendly as there is a toggle to switch it ON/OFF. In other hotels, the jet sprays are very user friendly

From the moment we walked in, the staff at La Siesta Classic Ma May lavished us with kindness, helpful suggestions for our vacation, and even little gifts for our baby. When it comes to hospitality, they are professionals. The girls at the reception desk made our stay so special, with us getting to know and love Hang in particular. I really can’t think of a hotel I’ve stayed at with better service and cleanliness. The food too is incredible. Thank you, La Siesta staff for making our stay truly exceptional!
