It's a decent budget hotel. My room was quite big and had a king size double bed. Room and bathroom were clean and hygienic. Service was very good and the staff provided everything i needed. Food was also quite delicious. Its better to order food at the hotel itself since there is no good restaurant around for at least 1 km. Only down side is the location as it is surrounded by scrap market and butcher shops. You cannot take a stroll around. Also the local train tracks are right behind the hotel. Rooms have sound proof windows but you can still hear the trains honking. Its a good place to stay for a day or 2 if you have visa appointment as it is only 2.5 km from the US embassy and you can find auto rickshaws outside which will take you there in 5-7 min. But they charge a bit more which is 100 Rs. Overall I would give it 4/5.

A Memorable Family Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed here with my husband, father, and brother, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Before our trip, I called over 100 hotels asking for an early check-in, but none gave a clear “yes.” Most said it would depend on availability. However, Mr. Salmanbhai (the owner) stood out by assuring us, “Don’t worry, we’ll provide you rooms to freshen up for sure.” That kind gesture meant a lot, especially since we had to leave for Imagica that day. True to his word, he has given us 1 room for the fresh n up and within just half an hour of our arrival, we were comfortably settled in our rooms. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable — I’d easily give them a 10/10! What really made it special was the personal touch and the family-friendly vibe. Even during checkout, they thoughtfully gave us mineral water bottles for the road. This is not just a hotel — it's a home away from home. Highly recommended for families looking for a caring and comfortable stay!

La Hotel Metro is an excellent choice, especially for those visiting the Mumbai visa biometric center. The location is very convenient, just a short distance away. The rooms were clean, neat, and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The service was outstanding — the staff handled everything very professionally and treated us with great respect and care. Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay near the visa center.

Best place to stay, specially if you’re going for US Embassy. They guide you through the rules and also help to you get there. Whole staff is really friendly and welcoming. Rooms are nice and clean, with proper room service. Good quality food available at really reasonable price. If you’re visiting specially for US Embassy, this is perfect to stay.
