Had a good stay at L7 Myeongdong, did not regret booking this hotel. Location is good, near to myeong dong shopping street, lots of yummy food, next to the night market, and even located near to the train station. I also want to compliment on the lady concierge with short hair on duty(theres only one female, the rest are all male),she is really pleasant and friendly, also go extra to let hotel guests feel comfortable and welcomed. Compared to the rest of the concierge, her attitude and performance is really the best, always greeting and putting on a smile on her face, which will help to brighten up people's day. Please let her know that my partner and I really appreciate her effort whenever she's on duty. Staffs on the 3rd level for check in and out is also very friendly and helpful. Everyone had good attitude and was polite. Room is not very big, but cozy, good for 2XL luggage if you adjust the chair abit here n there. Cleanliness was good too, cant find anything to be unhappy with. Hotel breakfast was not good, tried one day and luckily we did not purchase it for daily with the room. Can find better food out of the hotel. But overall, the stay was good. Will come back again if coming back to seoul. Forgot to take photo of the room *

Great location, just a short walk from the main shopping area with two convenient stores just downstairs nearby. Outstanding service from the front desk staff, especially the friendly and helpful male staff member who speaks Chinese and always greets with a great smile. Superb service. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The front concierge was also very helpful in arranging taxis. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very lovely and well situated hotel. Just outside Myeondong station (exit 9), it makes moving around Seoul easy. And it is walking distances to markets, food and shopping areas. The check in and out process was easy. The service was also good and they helped with calling for some bookings. The facilities were just nice. There was a small fitness centre. The rooms were slightly small but sufficient. There is a fridge. The toiletries were nice and smells good. There is also an ice machine at each floor. We truly appreciate our time here. Would come again mainly for the location.

Second time staying in this hotel. Not sure what happened to the lifts this time round. Last year was ok. This year, the lifts really made my friend and I unhappy. Their lifts are the most stupid lifts I have taken in a hotel. Super long waiting time despite having three lifts. The light indicators on the lifts are also misleading. Not sure which one is the actual one. Apart from that, the location, room decor etc are all good.

I liked the hotel a lot and I‘d be happy to stay there again. The staff was friendly and tried to help out whereever they could. The breakfast was great too. The only downside was that there was the wrong address on the invoice and no response when I tried to call or send emails. I gave them the correct address during the check-in process.
